Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a uma ferramenta de expansão para a montagem de uma linha capilar (7) em uma placa de evaporador (1), ferramenta esta que compreende um mandril interno (12) e um mandril externo (11), que é guiado de modo deslocável em um canal (13) do mandril interno (12). Durante a montagem da linha capilar (7) em uma placa de evaporador (1), o mandril interno (12) é guiado para uma seção (2) de uma linha de conexão da placa de evaporador (1), e o mandril externo (11) é guiado através do canal (13) do mandril interno (12) para dentro de um canal capilar (6) da placa de evaporador (1), para expandir a mesma. Ambos os mandris (11, 12) são planos em um dos lados para distribuir a pressão atuante sobre uma das duas placas da placa de evaporador durante a expansão da mesma, tanto mais amplamente quanto possível sobre a superfície da placa mencionada, evitando-se assim qualquer deformação da placa mencionada. The present invention relates to an expansion tool for mounting a capillary line (7) on an evaporator plate (1), which tool comprises an inner mandrel (12) and an outer mandrel (11) which is movably guided in a channel (13) of the inner mandrel (12). While mounting the capillary line (7) on an evaporator plate (1), the inner mandrel (12) is guided to a section (2) of an evaporator plate connection line (1), and the outer mandrel ( 11) is guided through the channel (13) of the inner mandrel (12) into a capillary channel (6) of the evaporator plate (1) to expand it. Both mandrels (11, 12) are flat on one side to distribute the acting pressure on one of the two evaporator plate plates as it expands as broadly as possible onto the surface of said plate, thereby avoiding any deformation of the plate mentioned. The capillary line (7) is guided within the expanded capillary channel (6) and this capillary channel (6) is stamped with the capillary line (7) guided therein.
