Abstract
"PINHãO DE GUIA". A presente invenção refere-se a um pinhão de guia (1) fabricado por moldagem a frio ou a quente, com denteação pronta como ligação de acoplamento, em peça única, entre a árvore de guia (6) e a cremalheira (4) de um veículo automotor, sendo que o pinhão de guia (1) apresenta uma seção de denteação (3) cilíndrica, com uma denteação inclinada em um lado externo e uma seção do eixo cilíndrica no mesmo eixo que se liga nela, cujo diâmetro é maior do que o diâmetro da seção de denteação, e cuja seção final contém uma cavidade de arrasto para a conexão da árvore de guia (6). Uma área de passagem entre o círculo de base da denteação inclinada e a seção do eixo (2) compreende, pelo menos, duas seções do cone, ou seja, uma seção do cone radialmente externa, com um primeiro ângulo do cone (<244>~ 1~) (ângulo de represamento), que se encontra entre o diâmetro do círculo de topo na extremidade da denteação da denteação inclinada e a seção do eixo (2), e uma seção do cone radialmente interna com um segundo ângulo do cone (<244>~ 2~) (ângulo de entrada), que se encontra entre o diâmetro do círculo de topo na extremidade da denteação e o círculo de base da denteação inclinada.
