Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA AJUSTAR A SEPARAçãO DE REJEITOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para ajustar a separação de rejeitos na fabricação de produtos para fumar, particularmente cigarros, onde a distribuição dimensional atual de uma corrente de partículas de tabaco passando por um ponto de medição, por unidade de tempo, é detectada e comparada com uma distribuição dimensional nominal ajustável, e onde um conjunto para separar os rejeitos é continuamente ajustado, dependendo do resultado da dita comparação, e a um aparelho correspondente que compreende um sensor para detectar a distribuição dimensional atual, um conjunto para introduzir uma distribuição dimensional nominal, um conjunto para comparar a dita distribuição dimensional atual com a dita distribuição dimensional nominal ajustável, e finalmente um conjunto de ajuste para estabelecer o conjunto para separar os rejeitos, dependendo do sinal de saída do dito conjunto de comparação.
