Que prevê a implementação de uma fralda calcinha ou porta-fralda, não descartável provida de sistema de elásticos e fechos apresentando formato em "T", complementado com um duplo sistema de fralda: um não descartável, feito em base a uma superposição de capas de gaze ou em superposição de gazes e material absorvente de polipropileno e outro em material descartável de celulose mais polímero super absorvente, ambos em uma estrutura e tamanho anatómicos que se integram à fralda base ou porta fralda como uma única peça.
