Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUTOS PERFILADOS à BASE DE CIMENTO E FIBRAS DE REFORçO PARA ESSES PRODUTOS". A invenção refere-se a fibras de reforço para produtos de cimento, ao uso dessas fibras e aos produtos de concreto ou cimento fibroso reforçados com essas fibras. As fibras de polipropileno de acordo com a invenção compreendem um núcleo e um invólucro que contém um conjunto Ziegler-Natta de polipropileno/metaloceno polipropileno. O material do invólucro é enxertado por meio de um derivado acrilico. Além disso, esse invólucro poderá ser submetido a um tratamento com coroa e poderá apresentar um revestimento de polímeros possivelmente modificados. Esse revestimento é obtido por um tratamento de superfície usando uma dispersão aquosa dos polímeros. Os produtos de cimento de acordo com a invenção apresentam propriedades mecânicas aperfeiçoadas.
