Abstract

"CONJUNTO TERMINAL DE RODA DE VEìCULO COM TUBO DE SUPORTE". Um conjunto terminal de roda inclui um eixo de saída montado em um cubo de roda para acionar uma roda do veículo. O eixo de saída é acionado por um conjunto de engrenagens montado dentro de uma caixa de engrenagens e acoplado operativamente a um eixo de entrada. O conjunto de engrenagens inclui uma engrenagem de entrada acionada pelo eixo de entrada, engrenagens intermediárias em engate entrelaçado com a engrenagem de entrada, e uma engrenagem de saída em engate entrelaçado com as engrenagens intermediárias. Um tubo tem um terminal preso por pressão na caixa de engrenagens com um terminal oposto que se estende para dentro de uma cavidade do cubo de roda. Rolamentos são montados diretamente entre o tubo e o cubo de roda para suportar o cubo de roda para rotação em relação ao tubo. O eixo de saída é recebido dentro do tubo com um terminal interno em engate direto de transmissão com a engrenagem de saída e com um terminal externo montado diretamente no cubo de roda.
