Abstract

"APARELHO DE CARGA E ALIMENTAçãO PARA TINTA SóLIDA". Um sistema de percepção do nível de abastecimento da tinta para um carregador de tinta sólida tendo um canal para manter os bastões de tinta, o canal tendo um bloco de impulso no mesmo, onde o bloco de impulso empurra os bastões de tinta para uma extremidade do canal, e onde o bloco de impulso se move para baixo do canal quando ele empurra os bastões de tinta. O sistema de percepção inclui uma aleta, um braço conectado na aleta, o braço se estendendo para dentro do canal, tal que ele é movido pelo bloco de impulso, dessa maneira movendo a aleta, um primeiro sensor ótico tendo um primeiro transmissor ótico e um primeiro receptor ótico, onde o primeiro sensor ótico produz um sinal indicando um baixo abastecimento de tinta quando a aleta passa entre o primeiro transmissor ótico e o primeiro receptor ótico; e um segundo sensor ótico tendo um segundo transmissor ótico e um segundo receptor ótico, onde o segundo sensor ótico produz um sinal indicando falta de abastecimento de tinta quando a aleta passa entre o segundo transmissor ótico e o segundo receptor ótico.
