Abstract

"PROCESSO E PLANTA PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA CAMADA CONTìNUA DE ESPUMA E RESPECTIVO PRODUTO". Planta (1) para a fabricação de uma camada de espuma de látex de extensão ilimitada e apresentando recessos inferior (9) e superior (10). Um conjunto de planos de assentamento (15) dotados de protuberâncias inferiores prossegue entre uma estação de injeção (3) e uma estação de remoção de camada (5). Uma espuma dotada de recessos inferiores (9) é direcionada para um vulcanizador disposto entre a estação de injeção (3) e a estação de remoção. Um conjunto de placas superiores (31), cada uma delas dotada de protuberâncias (33), são baixadas, uma por uma, na camada de espuma para estampar recessos superiores antes que a camada de espuma adentre o vulcanizador. As placas (31), posicionadas na camada de espuma, apresentam suas extremidades conformadas de tal maneira a evitar completamente qualquer penetração de gotas de condensação de vapor. As placas superiores descarregam o seu peso em suportes fixos (17, 18) dos planos (15) aos quais permanecem ligadas até que tenha saído de dentro do vulcanizador. o retorno das placas provenientes da estação de extração (35) na direção do novo ciclo de moldagem (34) é independente do sistema operacional (19) dos planos (15).
