Compreendendo um suporte (10) fixado a uma porção inferior do gabinete (1); um corpo (20) tendo uma porção superior (21) rosqueada no suporte (10), de modo a poder ser axialmente deslocado para cima e para baixo quando girado num e noutro sentido, uma porção inferior (22) projetando-se para baixo do suporte (10) e um furo axial passante (23); e um rodizio (40) tendo uma estrutura (41) que mancaliza, Inferiormente, um rolete (42) e na qual é montada uma porção extrema inferior (31) de um eixo (30), o qual se projeta para cima, para ser mancalizado no furo axial passante (23) do corpo (20), sendo a porção inferior (22) do corpo (20) assentada sobre a estrutura (41) do rodízio (40).
