Abstract

"MARIZETINHAS". Um produto alimentício farináceo industrializável e comercializável em pontos de venda exclusivos de uma rede própria de franquias, fabricado através de uma receita básica de massa fluida e não fermentada, em que utiliza-se 1/3 de farinha de trigo, 1/3 de polvilho de mandioca e 1/3 de flocos de arroz, que somados aos demais ingredientes da receita geram uma mistura líquida que não precisa ser amassada com as mãos mas é despejada diretamente em formas anti-aderentes e levada ao forno por cerca de trinta minutos, sendo que tais formas dão o formato e caracterizam o produto como conjunto de massas assadas comestíveis com formatos estilizados de plantas da Amazónia, cobertas com mussarela, tomate e outros ingredientes variados, para apresentação ao consumidor em embalagens apropriadas, tudo compreendendo único conceito inventivo, objeto de proteção da patente de invenção.
