Abstract

"PROCESSO E TRATAMENTO DE RESìDUOS DE COMBUSTãO DE UMA INSTALAçãO DE COMBUSTãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para o tratamento de resíduos de combustão provenientes de instalações de combustão de restos, o combustível é queimado sobre uma grelha de fornalha. Os resíduos de combustão que aí caem são apagados em um desescoriador a úmido e são transportados para fora deste. Os resíduos de combustão úmidos, provenientes do desescoriador a úmido, inicialmente são repartidos em duas frações através de um processo de peneiração, sendo que depois disso a fração principal é lavada com água retirada do desescoriador a úmido e, nesse caso, as partes finas aderidas são separadas. As partes lavadas dos resíduos de combustão são conduzidas a um aproveitamento. A água de lavagem com as partes mais finas captadas no processo de lavagem chegam ao desescoriador a úmido. A fração fina que cai no processo de separação mecânica é reconduzida ao processo de combustão.
