Abstract
"GERAçãO E IMPLEMENTAçãO DE UM PROTOCOLO DE COMUNICAçãO E INTERFACE PARA TRANSFERêNCIA DE SINAIS DE TAXA DE DADOS ELEVADA". Uma interface de dados para transferência de dados digitais entre um host e um cliente através de uma trajetória de comunicação, utilizando estruturas de pacotes unidas para formar um protocolo de comunicação para comunicar um conjunto pré-selecionado de dados digitais de controle e apresentação. O protocolo de sinais é utilizado por controladores de link configurados para gerar, transmitir e receber pacotes formando o protocolo de comunicações e para formar dados digitais em um ou mais tipos de pacotes de dados, com pelo menos um residindo no dispositivo host e estando acoplado ao cliente através da trajetória de comunicações. A interface propicia um mecanismo de baixa potência, bidirecional, para transferência de dados em alta velocidade, eficaz em termos de custos, através de um link de dados do tipo 'serial' de curto alcance, o qual se presta à implementação com conectores miniatura e cabos finos flexíveis, os quais são especialmente úteis para a conexão de elementos de display, tais como micro displays que podem ser utilizados por um usuário, para utilização em computadores e dispositivos de comunicação sem fio portáteis."GENERATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMMUNICATION AND INTERFACE PROTOCOL FOR TRANSFER OF HIGH DATA RATE SIGNALS". A data interface for transferring digital data between a host and a client over a communication path, using joined packet structures to form a communication protocol for communicating a preselected set of control and presentation digital data. Signal protocol is used by link controllers configured to generate, transmit and receive packets forming the communications protocol and to form digital data in one or more data packet types, with at least one residing on the host device and being coupled to the customer through the communications path. The interface provides a low-power, two-way mechanism for cost-effective, high-speed data transfer via a short-range serial data link, which lends itself to implementation with miniature connectors and flexible thin cables, which are especially useful for connecting display elements, such as micro displays that can be used by a user, for use on computers and portable wireless communication devices.
