Abstract

"USO DE PENTRAXINA PTX3 LONGA PARA TRATAMENTO DA INFERTILIDADE FEMININA". A presente invenção refere-se à atividade do gene PTX3 ou PTX3 equivalente que é necessária para a fertilidade feminina. A manipulação da atividade PTX3 irá regular a fertilidade feminina. Os efeitos da esterilidade feminina podem ser melhorados, a capacidade reprodutiva pode ser aumentada ou diminuída, conforme desejado, a fertilidade feminina pode ser aumentada, ou combinações destes. A necessidade de terapias que afetam da fertilidade feminina é conseguida desse modo.
