"DISPOSITIVO DE ACOPLAMENTO PARA USO NO ACOPLAMENTO SEPARáVEL DA GáSPEA DE UM SAPATO COM A SOLA DE UM SAPATO; SOLA DE SAPATO; MéTODO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM ENCAIXE PARA ENGASTAMENTO NA SOLA DE UM SAPATO E PARA RECEBER PARA INSERçãO NA MESMA UMA BUCHA REMOVìVEL PARA ACOPLAR UMA GáSPEA DE SAPATO DESTACáVEL NA SOLA, PARA PERMITIR QUE UM USUáRIO MONTE E DESMONTE O SAPATO A SEU BEL-PRAZER; E MéTODO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM SAPATO". Trata-se de um calçado do tipo chinelo ou sandália, que possui dois ou mais dispositivos de acoplamento, para destacar a parte de gáspea do sapato da sola plástica. Os dispositivos de acoplamento são distribuídos em torno das bordas da gáspea do sapato e possuem projeções tipo dentes que se engranzam com ling³etas resilientes, posicionadas dentro de encaixes que são engastados na sola. Os botões são proporcionados nas paredes laterais da sola para liberarem as projeções a partir dos encaixes, quando se deseja trocar as gáspeas dos sapatos nas solas. Os métodos de fabricação são proporcionados para moldar a sola e impedir o vazamento do plástico injetado dentro dos encaixes que iria interferir com a operação do dispositivo de acoplamento. This is a flip-flop or sandal shoe that has two or more coupling devices to detach the upper part of the shoe from the plastic sole. Coupling devices are distributed around the edges of the shoe upper and have tooth-like projections that mesh with resilient latches positioned within recesses that are set into the sole. The buttons are provided on the sidewalls of the sole to release projections from the fittings when changing the upper of the shoes on the soles. Manufacturing methods are provided for shaping the sole and preventing leakage of the injected plastic into the fittings that would interfere with the operation of the coupling device. The socket can be manufactured with a frangible membrane that seals the button hole, or with a lid that fits and closes the entire socket.
