Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE éTERES, TIPICAMENTE THF". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo que é descrito para a produção de éteres, tipicamente tetrahidrofurano, por reação de material de alimentação orgânico correspondente selecionado a partir de ácidos e/ou anidridos dicarboxílicos, monoésteres de ácidos e/ou anidridos dicarboxílicos, diésteres de ácidos e/ou anidridos dicarboxílicos, lactonas, e misturas de dois ou mais do mesmo na presença de hidrogênio o qual compreende as etapas de: (a) fornecendo uma corrente compreendendo o material de alimentação orgânico a uma primeira zona de vaporização e contatando a dita alimentação com o gás de ciclo compreendendo hidrogênio, tal que pelo menos uma porção do material de alimentação seja vaporizada por e no gás de ciclo; (b) fornecendo pelo menos uma porção do gás de ciclo e do material de alimentação vaporizado a uma primeira zona de reação compreendendo catalisador e operando sob condições de reação para permitir a hidrogenação e a desidratação ocorrerem; (c) recuperando da primeira zona de reação uma corrente de produto intermediário, compreendendo material de alimentação não reagido, gás de ciclo, produto(s) desejado(s), e quaisquer co-produtos e subprodutos; (d) fornecendo a corrente de produto intermediário a uma segunda zona de vaporização e contatando-o com material de alimentação adicional tal que o dito material de alimentação adicional, seja vaporizado por e na corrente de produto intermediário; (e) fornecendo o produto de etapa (d) a uma zona de reação subseq³ente compreendendo catalisador e operando sob condições de reação para permitir a hidrogenação e, se exigido, a desidratação ocorrerem; e (f) recuperando da zona de reação subseq³ente uma corrente de produto compreendendo o éter.
