Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A HIDRóLISE DE PROTEìNAS DO LEITE". A presente invenção proporciona uma composição compreendendo proteína caseína do leite hidrolisada e, proteína do soro do leite preferivelmente não hidrolisada, em uma relação de a partir de 9:1 a 1:1 (em peso seco), a qual é um líquido límpido a pH 4 quando dissolvida ou presente em água em uma quantidade de 40 g/litro a 10 <198>C.
