Abstract

"MéTODO PARA GERAR MICROORGANISMOS NãO VIRULENTOS A PARTIR DE MICROORGANISMOS PATOGêNICOS ATRAVéS DE MODIFICAçãO GENéTICA PERMANENTE DE SUAS MEMBRANAS BIOLóGICAS PARA PRODUçãO DE VACINAS". Aqui nós descrevemos uma metodologia para gerar microorganismos não virulentos a partir de microorganismos patogênicos através de modificação genética permanente do estado físico de suas membranas (MPS) . Então, no início da infecção, nesses organismos transformados, como eles infectam um hospedeiro, por exemplo, uma célula alvo de um eucariote superior, particularmente mamíferos, e mais especificamente células humanas, ou injetando-os em um modelo de infecção animal, a expressão dos genes de choque térmico (estresse) e acúmulo das proteínas codificadas (proteínas estressadas ou HSPS) e de outros produtos genes espécie-específico, a regulagem é alterada como uma conseq³ência da modificação do MPS. Dentre outros, nós nos referimos também a genes cuja regulagem é mediada pelos meios de transdução de sinal. Portanto, como um resultado deste procedimento, patógenos tornaram-se não virulentos (atenuados, microorganismos vivos) que podem ser usados para produção de vacina.
