Abstract
"DERIVADOS DE áCIDO ALCOXICARBONILA-MI-NO-HETEROARIL CARBOXìLICO, COMO ANTAGONISTAS DE IP". A presente invenção refere-se a compostos que são antagonistas do receptor IP e que são representados pela fórmula geral (1) onde G^ 2^ é um grupo heteroarila contendo um ou dois átomos de nitrogênio, sendo substituído por um grupo de ácido carboxílico e G~ 1~ é como definido no relatório descritivo; ou isómeros individuais, misturas de isómeros racêmicas ou não-racêmicas ou sais ou solvatos farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos mesmos. A invenção refere-se ainda a composições farmacêuticas contendo tais compostos, ao seu uso como agentes terapêuticos e a métodos para preparação dos mesmos."ALCOXICARBONYL-MI-NO-CARBOXYLIC ACID DERIVATIVES AS IP ANTAGONISTS". The present invention relates to compounds which are antagonists of the IP receptor and which are represented by the general formula (1) wherein G 2 R 2 is a heteroaryl group containing one or two nitrogen atoms, being substituted by a carboxylic acid group and G ~ 1 ~ is as defined in the descriptive report; or individual isomers, mixtures of racemic or non-racemic isomers or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates thereof. The invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds, their use as therapeutic agents and methods for preparing them.
