Abstract

"VELA DE IGNIçãO". A invenção refere-se a uma vela de ignição (1) que apresenta, pelo menos, um eletrodo de massa (15) com nível reduzido de temperatura. A vela de ignição (1) compreende uma carcaça (5) metálica em forma de tubo que no lado da câmara de combustão apresenta uma borda externa (10), na qual está disposto, pelo menos, um eletrodo de massa (15). A superfície da seção transversal (20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 41, 45, 46) de pelo menos, um eletrodo de massa (15) aumenta na direção da borda externa (10) da carcaça (5).
