Abstract

"COMPONENTES E CATALISADORES PARA A POLIMERIZAçãO DE OLEFINAS". O presente invento descreve componentes catalíticos para a polimerização de olefinas, obteníveis pelo contato de: (i) um haleto de magnésio, ou um precursor adequado, (ii) um composto doador de elétrons monofuncional (MD) escolhido dentre éteres, ésteres, aminas ou cetonas, usado em quantidades tais que resultem em razões molares Mg/MD de pelo menos 50, (iii) um composto de titânio de fórmula Ti(OR^ l^)~ n-y~X~ y~, em que n é a valência do titânio, y é um número entre 1 e n, X é halogênio, e R^ l^ é um grupo hidrocarboneto C~ 1~-C~ 15~ e, opcionalmente, (iv) um composto doador de elétrons (ED). Os ditos componentes catalíticos apresentam atividade aperfeiçoada na polimerização de olefinas.
