Abstract
"SISTEMAS E MéTODOS PARA DETECTAR A COBERTURA DA áREA DE SUBSTRATO MARCADA USANDO UM ESPECTOFOTÈMETRO". Um sensor LED é usado para detectar a cobertura de área das tiras marcadas em um substrato marcado. O mesmo sensor também pode ser usado para a calibragem de cores. O sensor de cobertura de área de substrato de marcação obtém as medições de refletância das tiras marcadas de um substrato de marcação. Por exemplo, as tiras marcadas podem ser tiras de um substrato de marcação, tal como um toner, tinta ou pintura, ou tiras marcadas por gravação, ou similar. Um modelo Neugebauer pode ser usado para obter as medições de refletância. Um algoritmo de lote de least squares pode ser usado para estimar os parâmetros apropriados do modelo Neugebauer. Para melhor precisão, pode ser usado um algoritmo recursivo de least squares. O algoritmo recursivo de least squares permite que o sensor de cobertura de área de substrato de marcação se calibre para mudanças no ambiente de detecção.
