Abstract
"CODIFICADOR COM PóLO IRREGULAR PARA SENSOR DE POSIçãO". O objeto da invenção diz respeito a um codificador para sensor de posição, do tipo que comporta um anel magnético multipolar (1) provido, em sua circunferência, de pólos Norte (N) e de pólos Sul (S) alternados, de pelo menos um dos ditos pólos de um sinal determinado, dito "irregular" (Pi), e comporta, por um lado, entre seus dois pólos adjacentes (Pa) de sinais contrários, um afastamento diferente em relação ao passo de afastamento entre os demais pólos e, por outro lado, dispositivos (3) de correção do valor de seu campo magnético. De acordo com a invenção, os dispositivos de correção (3) são realizados pela determinação de pelo menos a superfície (4) do pólo irregular (Pi) que é circundado por um pólo (5) de ligação com os pólos adjacentes (Pa), com o mesmo sinal que os pólos adjacentes, de modo que o componente do sinal magnético, que é perpendicular à superfície do codificador e engendrado quando da passagem dos pólos adjacentes ao dito pólo irregular, não comporte ponto de inflexão.
