"CONJUNTO DE TOMADA DE AR PARA VEìCULOS A MOTOR E VEìCULO A MOTOR". Tomada de ar compreendendo pelo menos um defletor (1) é que é munido de uma ou mais paredes (5, 6, 9) apropriadas para conduzir o ar através de uma abertura (4) realizada na carroceria de um automóvel (2), e que é articulada com pelo menos um membro (7) do automóvel (2) para ser girada por pelo menos um motor (19) em torno de um eixo geométrico (3), de modo a modificar a dimensão da abertura (4). O ângulo compreendido entre o eixo geométrico de rotação (3) do defletor (1) e o plano de simetria vertical dóo automóvel (2) de preferência não é maior que 45<198>, particularmente menor que 5<198>.
