Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A PREPARAçãO REGIOSSELETIVA DE BENZO(G)QUINOLINA-3-CARBONITRILAS E BENZO(G)QUINAZOLINAS SUBSTITUìDAS". A invenção refere-se a um método para síntese regiosseletiva de benzo(g)quinolina-3-carbonitrilas 4,6,7,8-substituídas e benzo(g)quinazolinas 4,6,7,8-substituídas, bem como de seus intermediários. Os compostos derivados desta invenção são úteis para o tratamento de várias doenças que são um resultado do descontrole destes PTK's, e mais especificamente, são agentes anticancerígenos úteis para o tratamento de câncer em mamíferos. Além disso, os compostos derivados desta invenção são úteis para o tratamento de doenças de rim policístico em mamíferos.
