Abstract

"TECIDO TERMICAMENTE LIGADO E MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DO MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produção de um tecido não-tecido que compreende passar uma trama de fibra através de um par de rolos para se obter um tecido termicamente ligado com uma alta porcentagem de áreas ligadas. A alta porcentagem de áreas ligadas é formada por um padrão entalhado em pelo menos um dos rolos. O padrão entalhado tem uma alta porcentagem de áreas de ponto de ligação e ângulos de ponto de ligação amplos. O tecido não-tecido tem resistência à tensão, alongamento, resistência à abrasão, rigidez flexural e/ou maciez maiores.
