Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE PAINéIS EM ALUMìNIO DE CIRCUITO INTEGRADO". A invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de painéis de circuito integrado monoface em alumínio, comportando a preparação de superfície de duas chapas em liga de alumínio, o depósito sobre uma das chapas de uma tinta anti-soldadura em zonas reservadas correspondentes ao desenho do circuito, a ligação por laminação das chapas uma sobre a outra e a expansão dos canais correspondentes às zonas não-soldadas com o auxílio de um fluido sob pressão, no qual uma das chapas é em liga da série 1000 e a outra em liga contendo ferro e manganês e tal como Fe + Mn > 0,8% (em peso) e, de preferência, > 1, até mesmo 1,5%. A liga ao ferro e ao manganês é obtida, de preferência, por fundição contínua de cintas entre dois cilindros resfriados. A invenção tem igualmente por objeto um processo contínuo de fabricação de painéis de circuito integrado em liga de alumínio.
