Abstract

"MéTODO PARA FORMAR UM FILTRO DE AR, FILTRO DE AR OBTIDO, MOLDE PARA FORMá-LO E EMBALAGEM PARA O MESMO". A presente invenção compreende um método para formar um filtro de ar, compreendendo um elemento de filtro (2) e pelo menos uma gaxeta de vedação (3) rigidamente retida no dito elemento de filtro, onde de maneira a formar a dita gaxeta (3) um material plástico é fundido dentro de um molde (4,8,11), e de maneira a reter rigidamente o elemento de filtro é associado com o dito material plástico enquanto este estiver dentro do dito molde (4,8,11) e a cura do dito material plástico ainda estiver parcialmente ocorrendo, sendo que para formar cada filtro seu próprio molde dedicado (4,8,11) é usado, o molde estando removivelmente associado com a dita gaxeta (3) após o término do processo de formação do filtro.
