Abstract

"BOCAL DE INJEçãO PARA UMA MáQUINA DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO DE MATERIAL METáLICO". Em máquinas de moldagem por injeção de material metálico, a conexão entre o bocal de injeção e o casquilho de jito tem tendido a vazar material metálico. Para superar este problema, o bocal (13<39>) foi modificado para ter uma parte que se projeta ou espicho (26) que se estende para dentro de uma parte associada do casquilho de jito (16<39>) para formar uma vedação entre as respectivas paredes da parte. O bocal e o casquilho de jito podem mover-se axialmente com respeito um ao outro sem perda de vedação ao passo que com os projetos anteriores qualquer separação entre as superfícies anulares que se confrontam no casquilho de jito e no bocal resultaria em uma perda de vedação e vazamento.
