Abstract

"RESOLUçãO DINâMICA DE ISÈMEROS E ISÈMEROS RESOLVIDOS". é providenciado um método de resolução dinâmico de enriquecimento de um isómero desejado de um ácido carboxílico alfa-substituído em relação a um isómero indesejado, compreendendo o método: a) num solvente, contatar o ácido carboxílico alfa-substituído onde a alfa substituição se dá com um grupo de partida e onde o carbono alfa é quiral, com uma amina homoquiral para formar um sal que é parcialmente insolúvel sob condições de reação selecionadas, onde a amina homoquiral é selecionada, de modo que a solubilidade do sal de amina do ácido carboxílico alfa-substituído indesejado é maior do que aquela do sal de amina do ácido carboxílico alfa-substituído desejado sob as condições de reação selecionadas, b) reagir o sal, sob as condições de reação selecionadas, com um nucleófilo, onde a reação é eficaz na produção de um aumento na rede no sal de amina menos solúvel do ácido carboxílico alfa-substituído, e onde as condições selecionadas são selecionadas para (i) promover a substituição nucleofílica do nucleófilo e do grupo de partida ou (ii) na produção do aumento no sal de amina menos solúvel na ausência de uma base forte e c) manter a reação durante um período de tempo eficaz para aumentar a quantidade do isómero ácido carboxílico alfa-substituído desejado.
