Abstract
"ESTRUTURA DE PAINEL COM NúCLEO DE ESPUMA RìGIDO". Trata-se de uma estrutura de painel (10) que inclui um núcleo central de espuma rígida (30) entre duas camadas externas de fibra (20, 24). De preferência, o núcleo é poliuretano, polipropileno, poliestireno e misturas, assim como óxido de polifenileno e misturas. As camadas de fibras (20, 24) podem ser tecido bidirecional, um material unidirecional ou uma manta tecido de forma aleatória que é impregnada com um epóxi ou aglutinante de resina. As fibras em si podem ser fibra de vidro, polipropileno, Kevlar ou carbono. O núcleo de espuma rígida é poliolefina termoplástica (TPO), polietileno de alta densidade (HDPE) ou acrilonitrila butadieno estireno que são moldados nas camadas de membrana (20, 24) com virolas periféricas (22, 26). It is a panel structure (10) that includes a central core of rigid foam (30) between two outer layers of fiber (20, 24). Preferably the core is polyurethane, polypropylene, polystyrene and mixtures as well as polyphenylene oxide and mixtures. The fiber layers 20, 24 may be bidirectional woven, unidirectional material or a randomly woven blanket that is impregnated with an epoxy or resin binder. The fibers themselves may be fiberglass, polypropylene, Kevlar or carbon. The rigid foam core is thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), high density polyethylene (HDPE) or styrene acrylonitrile butadiene which are molded into membrane layers (20, 24) with peripheral ferrules (22, 26). The ferrules (22, 26) are compressed together and form a bead or peripheral seal (28).
