Abstract
Patente de invenção: <B>"PROCESSO CONTìNUO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A SECAGEM E A FORMAçãO DE GEL DE POLìMEROS FORMADORES DE GEL CONTENDO SOLVENTES"<D>. é descrito um processo contínuo para a secagem e a formação de gel de polímeros formadores de gel contendo solventes, em particular, derivados de polissacarídeos, por meio de resfriamento brusco de suspensões dos polímeros, bem como, um dispositivo para a secagem de produtos contendo solventes. O processo abrange as etapas: dosagem do polímero contendo solventes com um conteúdo de substância sólida de 1 a 65% em peso, e com uma pressão ambiente especial de até 6000 hPa, com uma temperatura do polímero de 20 até 100 C, em uma zona de evaporação (1), sendo que a zona de evaporação (1) apresenta uma pressão de 0,1 hPa até 800 hPa, resfriamento do polímero, em particular, a uma temperatura de < 93 C, liberação do polímero dos solventes em torno de 2 até 5% em peso, com agitação mecânica, mistura e transporte da mistura para a extremidade inferior da zona de evaporação (1) com a formação de uma espessa camada de produto de gel, descarga do polímero com um dispositivo de descarga (7) mecânico, eventualmente, com condensação do polímero e secagem, logo em seguida, do polímero com gel em um dispositivo de secagem para um conteúdo de solvente de, no máximo, 5% em peso. O dispositivo é constituído de, pelo menos, um recipiente de evaporação (3) com uma zona de evaporácão (1), um mecanismo agitador e um dispositivo de transporte (8), com uma admissão de produto (12), uma extração de vapor (5) com produtor de vácuo conectado, com um dispositivo de descarga (7) conectado na extremidade inferior do recipiente de evaporação (3), sendo que no plano mais inferior do dispositivo de transporte (8) estão previstas uma ou mais pás de transporte (9) com aletas de pressão (10), que ultrapassam a entrada do dispositivo de descarga (7) em uma altura de, no máximo, 5 mm, em particular, de 1 a 3 mm.
