Abstract

"AGENTE PARA MELHORIA DE áGUA POTáVEL". A invenção pertence a areia de coral, mais particularmente a uma composição de algas de coral, areia de conchas e ascorbato, sendo útil como um aditivo para a melhoria da qualidade, incluindo o sabor, de água potável, isto é como um agente de melhoria de água. A composição é como segue 5 a 90% de algas de coral, 5 a 90% de areia de conchas, 0,1 a 8% de sal de ácido ascórbico, e é escolhida tal que pela adição de 0,5 g a 1 litro de água seja a mistura emergente com um pH de 7 a 8,5. Se o produto em adição contiver um agente gelificante adequado, isto assegura que qualquer bactéria presente anteriormente, após a adição do agente de melhoria de água de acordo com esta invenção, não mais exista na solução livre.
