Abstract

"APARELHO PARA REPARAR UM DEFEITO EM UMA SUPERFìCIE, REMENDO FLEXìVEL E MéTODO DE REPARAR UM DEFEITO EM UMA SUPERFìCIE". Trata-se de um aparelho (10) para reparar um defeito (31) em uma superfície (30), particularmente no campo do reparo de vidros de veículos. O aparelho tem um invólucro (11) adaptado para acoplar a superfície a ser reparada, uma vedação de reparo para a vedação entre o invólucro (11) e ao redor do defeito (31) a ser reparado, para definir um espaço de reparo (65) sobre o defeito. Um reservatório se comunica com o espaço de reparo (65) e, em uso, contém o material líquido do reparo (86). Uma bomba de vácuo se comunica com o espaço de reparo (65), e o reservatório para aplicar um vácuo parcial ao espaço de reparo (65) e ao reservatório sem que o líquido de reparo (86) seja extraído para o espaço de reparo (65) a fim de desgaseificar separadamente o defeito (31) e o líquido de reparo (86) no reservatório. Depois da desgaseificação apropriada, o líquido de reparo (86) do reservatório é encaminhado para o espaço de reparo (65) para preencher o espaço de reparo com o líquido de reparo.
