Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA O GERENCIAMENTO TERAPêUTICIO DA PROLIFERAçãO EXTRA-UTERINA DE TECIDO ENDOMETRIAL, DOR PéLVICA CRÈNICA E OBSTRUçãO DA TUBA DE FALóPIO". A presente invenção refere-se um processo para o gerenciamento terapêutico da proliferação extra-uterina de tecido endometrial, dor pélvica crónica e obstrução da tuba de Falópio como antagonista LH-RH por tratamento de indução de curto prazo por um período de cerca de 4 a 12 semanas. De acordo com outro aspecto da presente invenção, o tratamento de curto prazo com LH-RH é seguido pela administração combinada ou separada de um ou mais agentes ativos selecionados do grupo consistindo em um contraceptivo, preferivelmente um contraceptivo oral, um agente anti-reumático não esteroidal, um analgésico, um androgênio outro que testosterona 17-alfa-alquil substituída ou quaisquer combinações dos mesmos. De acordo com um aspecto adicional da presente invenção, é proporcionada uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo um antagonista LH-RH e um ou mais agentes ativos selecionados do grupo consistindo em um contraceptivo, preferivelmente um contraceptivo oral, um agente anti-reumático não esteroidal, um analgésico, um androgênio outro que testosterona 17-alfa-alquil substituída ou de quaisquer combinações dos mesmos.
