Abstract

"MATERIAL ELASTOMéRICO RETICULADO, PELìCULA ELASTOMéRICA COEXTRUDADA E ARTIGO PARA SER USADO ADJACENTE AO CORPO DE UMA PESSOA". A presente invenção relaciona-se com um material elastomérico de radiação reticulada, com propriedades de temperatura elevada aperfeiçoada e resistência a loção. O material elastomérico pode ser usado sozinho ou com camadas de pele para formarem uma película elastomérica, tal como uma película coextrudada e/ou formada. Como uma película formada, o material da presente invenção pode proporcionar uma textura elastomérica, tridimensional, expandida macroscopicamente, porosa. De acordo com uma concretização preferida, a textura elastomérica é adequada para o uso em partes elastificadas ou de suspensão no corpo de artigos absorventes descartáveis tais como painéis laterais, faixas de cintura, bainhas, ou produtos de tratamento da saúde tais como fraldas descartáveis, curativos, bandagens e envoltórios. As texturas poliméricas extensíveis porosas da presente invenção também podem ser usadas em outras partes dos artigos absorventes onde se deseja um material estirável ou respirável, tais como folhas de topo ou folhas de forro. O material da presente invenção proporciona os benefícios adicionais de desempenho elevado (por exemplo, temperatura do corpo) aperfeiçoado e resistência a loção. O material elastomérico da presente invenção preferentemente exibe propriedades elastoméricas aperfeiçoadas sob a temperatura do corpo e sob carga ou tensão durante um período de tempo especificado, com ou sem loção aplicada. De acordo com uma concretização preferida, o material elastomérico compreende copolímeros de blocos, tais como copolímeros de blocos de polistireno-butadieno-polistireno dotados de um teor de estireno superior a cerca de 10 por cento, em peso; pelo menos uma resina termoplástica, tal como vinilareno ou poliolefinas; e um óleo de processamento, particularmente um óleo de hidrocarboneto de baixa viscosidade, tal como óleo mineral. Antioxidantes poderão ser adicionados conforme necessários.
