Abstract

" VEDADOR CONTRA INTEMPéRIES PARA UMA ABERTURA EM UMA ESTRUTURA, REVESTIMENTO ANTI-DESLIZAMENTO MISTURADO EM FUSãO PARA UM VEDADOR CONTRA INTEMPéRIES, E, COMPOSIçãO ELASTOMéRICA COMPATIBILIZADA ". Uma vedação contra intempéries ou vedação de linha de cintura para um veículo é formada por extrusão de um elastómero ou vulcanizado termoplástico baseado em olefina (primeiro TPV) como um corpo alongado de comprimento e seção transversal arbitrários. A seção transversal é adaptada para uso em um local particular da abertura de uma estrutura a ser protegida contra vento e chuva, por exemplo, em torno do vidro de uma janela de uma porta de veículo, ou em torno da abertura (da periferia) em que a porta é fechada, para apresentar pelo menos uma superfície de vedação contra a qual o vidro ou porta pode ser colocado em contato para prover uma vedação contra os elementos. Um revestimento antideslizamento é coextrusado sobre uma ou mais superficies de vedação longitudinais do corpo. O revestimento anti-deslizamento contém um novo compatibilizador que permite que poliuretano termoplástico (TPU) seja quimicamente ligado a um copolímero de enxerto de polipropileno (PP) e um composto tendo dois grupos anidrido. O produto de reação do PP enxertado e do TPU realiza uma ligação térmica com a superfície de vedação do coipo. O revestimento anti-deslizamento tem uma combinação de maciez e resistência à abrasão que são unicamente adequadas para a finalidade de vedação às intempéries.
