Abstract
MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM PAINEL EM SANDUìCHE E UM COMPONENTE DE CORPO A invenção se refere a métodos para a produção de um componente leve (um painel em sanduíche ou um componente para um corpo de veículo) que é fácil de construir. Uma pluralidade de cavidades semelhantes a copo (18) são concretizadas em uma folha de metal flexível (16 ) . Uma camada externa (12, 24) é aplicada a cada lado da folha de metal flexível (16). A abertura de cada cavidade semelhante a copo (18) é primeiro coberta por uma camada externa (12) e a camada externa restante (24 ) é, então, aplicada às extremidades livres das cavidades (18). Um metal em folha (24) já formado do corpo pode ser conectado as superfícies de ponta (26) das cavidades semelhantes a copo (18) por meio de um adesivo (26) para a produção de um componente de corpo de carro (22), pelo que o referido metal em folha é usado como a camada externa restante.
