Abstract

"APARELHO PARA RESFRIAMENTO EVAPORATIVO DE UM PRODUTO EM FORMA LìQUIDA". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para o resfriamento evaporativo ou resfriamento por vaporização instantânea de um produto em forma líquida. O aparelho inclui um vaso de vácuo (1) que é dividido em uma primeira (6) e uma segunda (7) câmara. As duas câmaras (6, 7) são concentricamente dispostas no vaso (1). Na primeira câmara (6) uma entrada (9) é disposta para o produto carregado com vapor, assim como uma saída (10) para o produto. Na segunda câmara (7), é previsto um transbordamento de vertedouro (14) para o vapor condensado e gases não condensáveis. O aparelho também inclui um ciclo de circulação para o liquido refrigerante, compreendendo uma saída (18) para o líquido refrigerante, uma bomba centrífuga (20), uma unidade de resfriamento (22) e condutos (19, 21, 24) assim como dispositivos para distribuir o liquido refrigerante (25, 29) na segunda câmara (7) no vaso de vácuo (1)."APPLIANCE FOR EVAPORATIVE COOLING OF A PRODUCT IN NET FORM". The present invention relates to an apparatus for evaporative cooling or instantaneous vapor cooling of a product in liquid form. The apparatus includes a vacuum vessel (1) which is divided into a first (6) and a second (7) chamber. The two chambers (6, 7) are concentrically arranged in the vessel (1). In the first chamber (6) an inlet (9) is arranged for the product loaded with steam, as well as an outlet (10) for the product. In the second chamber (7), a spillway overflow (14) is provided for condensed steam and non-condensable gases. The apparatus also includes a circulation cycle for the coolant, comprising an outlet (18) for the coolant, a centrifugal pump (20), a cooling unit (22) and ducts (19, 21, 24) as well as devices to distribute the coolant (25, 29) in the second chamber (7) in the vacuum vessel (1).
