Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "SISTEMA E PROCESSO DE IRRADIAçãO DE ARTIGOS PARA A ESTERILIZAçãO DOS ARTIGOS". Primeira montagem de robó que transfere os artigos de transportadores em um mecanismo de transporte em uma área de carregamento para um primeiro transportador de carga. O transportador transfere os artigos para um transportador de processo que move os artigos através de uma região alvo em uma velocidade substancialmente constante. O transportador de processo transfere então os artigos para o segundo transportador de carga. Uma segunda montagem de robó transfere então os artigos para os transportadores de artigos no mecanismo de transporte em uma área de descarregamento. Os transportadores de carga e processo podem ser divididos em dois trilhos. As primeira e segunda fontes de radiação, respectivamente, dispostas em uma primeira e uma segunda aberturas no transportador de processo na região alvo irradiam, respectivamente, os artigos em ambos trilhos em direções opostas a partir das posições acima e abaixo dos artigos. Os artigos nos trilhos podem ser (a) divergidos no primeiro transportador de carga para separar os artigos a partir dos divisores, (b) convergidos no transportador de processo para minimizar a largura das fontes de radiação e (c) divergidos no segundo transportador de carga. Se uma das fontes de radiação não estiver operante, a outra fonte poderá irradiar os lados opostos dos artigos durante os movimentos do artigo, seq³encialmente, nos primeiros trilhos do primeiro transportador de carga, no transportador de processo e no segundo transportador de carga e depois, seq³encialmente, nos segundos trilhos do primeiro transportador de carga, no transportador de processo e no segundo transportador de carga. Os artigos são invertidos durante sua transferência do primeiro trilho do segundo transportador de carga para o segundo trilho do primeiro transportador de carga.
