Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "REVESTIMENTOS DE FLUOROCARBONO DE SóLIDOS DE ALTO VOLUME". A invenção proporciona composições de revestimento de termo-fixação em que copolímeros acrílicos são usados como veículos para resinas de fluorocoarboneto. As composições têm uma combinação de alto teor de fluorocarboneto, alto teor de sólidos e uma baixa viscosidade apropriada para revestimento de bobina. Assim, os sólidos são portados nos sistemas de solvente orgânico que permitem a minimização da viscosidade e uma taxa de evaporação moderada. O sistema de solvente tem um <sym>H de 1,7 a 2,6 (calorias/centímetro cúbico)^ 1/2^ e um <sym>v de 8 a 9,5(calorias/centímetro cúbico)^ 1/2^ e é exemplificado por uma mistura de 4 ou mais dos seguintes solventes: cetonas alifáticas tendo de 4 a 10 átomos de carbono, ésteres de alquila tendo um total de 5 a 7 átomos de carbono, ésteres de ácido aromático tendo de 8 a 12 átomos de carbono, lactonas e solventes aromáticos. O polímero acrílico consiste de (a)ésteres acrílicos não tendo funcionalidade adicional, (b) ésteres acrílicos tendo funcionalidade adicional pelas qual o polímero acrílico pode ser reticulado e (c) uma acriloxialquil oxazolidina.
