Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA TROCAR UM ROLO DE FILME EM UMA MáQUINA DE ENROLAR, E, ARRANJO EM UMA MáQUINA DE ENROLAR PARA TROCAR UM ROLO DE FILME". A invenção é relativa a um arranjo e processo para trocar um rolo de filme R em uma máquina de enrolar, a máquina de enrolar compreendendo pelo menos dispositivo de distribuição de filme 3 para suprir um filme F para enrolamento em uma folha contínua a partir do rolo de filme R ao redor de uma peça a ser enrolada, dispositivo de fixação de filme 310 ajustado no dispositivo de distribuição de filme 3 para fixar dito rolo de filme R em uma maneira rotativa e substancialmente na direção vertical, dispositivo de manivela 2m suportado de uma maneira móvel em uma estruturas de armação 1 e arranjado para transferir dito dispositivo de distribuição de filme 3 ao redor da peça P substancialmente na direção horizontal, no qual dito dispositivo de distribuição de filme 3 é também arranjado para mover substancialmente na direção vertical, e dispositivo de cassete 11 para armazenar pelo menos um rolo de filme R e transferi-lo para o dispositivo de distribuição de filme 3 para troca do rolo de filme R, bem como dispositivo de fixação de filme 120 arranjado em dito dispositivo de cassete 11 para fixar a extremidade de filme Fa. Na invenção o rolo de filme R é arranjado para ser acoplado a dito dispositivo de distribuição de filme 3 por meio de um movimento substancialmente vertical, e dito dispositivo de fixação de filme 120 é arranjado para manter dita extremidade de filme Fa pelo menos no acoplamento de dito rolo de filme R ao dispositivo de distribuição de filme 3, e pelo menos durante o início do enrolamento da peça P.
