Abstract
"POLINUCLEOTìDEO ISOLADO, VETOR, MATERIAL VEGETAL, PLANTAS INTEIRAS, FéRTEIS, MORFOLOGICAMENTE NORMAIS, PLANTAS DE MILHO, TRIGO OU ARROZ, MéTODOS DE CONTROLAR SELETIVAMENTE ERVAS DANINHAS EM UM CAMPO, E DE PRODUZIR VEGETAIS QUE SEJAM SUBSTANCIALMENTE TOLERANTES OU SUBSTANCIALMENTE RESISTENTES AO HERBICIDA DE GLIFOSATO, DE SELECIONAR MATERIAL BIOLóGICO TRANSFORMADO, DE REGENERAR UMA PLANTA TRANSFORMADA FéRTIL PARA CONTER DNA ESTRANHO, E, USO DO POLINUCLEOTìDEO". OR RICE, METHODS TO SELECTIVELY CONTROL WEEDS IN A FIELD, AND TO PRODUCE SUBSTANCED VEGETABLES WHICH HAVE VEGETABLE SEEDS. , SELECTING TRANSFORMED BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL, REGENERATING A TRANSFORMED FRACTILE PLANT TO CONTAIN STRANGE DNA, AND USE OF POLYNUCLEOTYDE ". The present invention relates, inter alia, to an isolated polynucleotide comprising a region encoding a chloroplast transit peptide and a 3 'glyphosate-resistant 5-enolpyruvylchiquime phosphate (EPSPS), said region being under the expression control of a plant operable promoter, under the conditions that said promoter is not heterologous with respect to said region and the chloroplast transit peptide is not heterologous with respect to said synthase.
