Abstract

"ENZIMA, SEQUêNCIA DE NUCLEOTìDEOS, CONSTRUçãO DE GENE, VETOR, ORGANISMO OU CéLULA TRANSGêNICA, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE TRIACILGLICEROL, TRIACILGLICERóIS, E, USO DE UMA SEQuêNCIA DE NUCLEOTìDEOS". A presente invenção refere-se ao isolamento, identificação e caracterização de seq³ências de nucleotídeos codificando uma enzima que catalisa a transferência de ácidos graxos de fosfolípideos a diacilglicerol na via biossintética para a produção de triacilglicerol, às referidas enzimas, e a um processo para a produção de triacilgliceróis.
