Abstract
"TRATAMENTO DE HéRNIA DE HIATO". Um composto de fórmula (I), ou seu sal farmaceuticamente aceitável, em que R~ 1~ e R~ 2~ são independentemente H ou metila (por exemplo, cloridrato de N,N-dimetil-1-[1-(4-clorofenil)ciclobutil]-3-metilbutilamina, opcionalmente na forma de seu monoidrato) é usado para o tratamento de hérnias de hiato e esofagite de refluxo.
