Abstract

"COMPOSTO, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, MéTODO PARA TRATAR UMA DOENçA EM UM ANIMAL, USO DE UM COMPOSTO, E, PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UM COMPOSTO". A presente invenção diz respeíto a novos derivados heterociclicos substituídos por alcanoíla que são inibidores da cisteina protease; os sais e N-óxidos destes farmaceuticamente aceitáveis; seu uso como agentes terapêuticos e a métodos de fabricá-los; de acordo com a Fórmula (1) em que: A compreende um anel heteromonociclico contendo de 5 a 6 átomos membros do anel ou um sistema de anel heteropoliciclico fundido contendo de 8 a 14 átomos membros do anel, em que cada anel contém de 5 a 7 átomos membros do anel, X^ 1^ é um átomo de carbono membro do anel e cada átomo membro do anel outro que não X^ 1^ é um átomo de carbono ou um heteroátomo, com a condição de que (i) pelo menos um átomo membro do anel seja um heteroátomo e (ii) quando A é um radical heteromonociclico contendo 5 átomos membros do anel, não mais do que dois dos átomos membros do anel que compreendem A são heteroátomos; n é 0, 1, 2 ou 3; X^ 1^ =C- ou -CH-; X^ 2^ é uma ligação ou um o bivalente da Fórmula (a) ou (b); R^ 1^ - R^ 8^ = como no pedido.
