Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "ENVERNIZAMENTO DE CAMADAS MúLTIPLAS ALTAMENTE RESISTENTE A ARRANHõES, PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DO MESMO E SEU USO". Envernizamento de camadas múltiplas altamente resistente a arranhões sobre um substrato, opcionalmente dotado de pintura de fundo, que contém, de modo sobreposto, nessa seq³ência: (A) uma camada de verniz de base, (B) uma primeira camada de verniz transparente como camada intermediária e (C) uma camada de verniz transparente como camada superior, caracterizado pelo fato de que a segunda camada de verniz transparente (C) pode ser produzida de um material de revestimento (C), que contém (C1) pelo menos um oligómero e/ou polímero, com pelo menos um grupo carbamato de posição lateral e/ou grupo alofanato(c11), particularmente grupo carbamato (c11) das fórmulas: -O-(CO)-NH~ 2~ -O-(CO)-NH-(CO)-NH~ 2~ e (C2) pelo menos um reticulador, contendo pelo menos 2 grupos funcionais (c21), que entram em reações de reticulação com o grupo carbamato e/ou grupo alofanato (c11); bem como um processo para produção de envernizamentos de camadas múltiplas altamente resistentes a arranhões.
