"<UM>COMPOSIçãO COSMéTICA DE DEIXAR FICAR, PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO, UTILIZAçãO DE UM POLìMERO QUE CONTéM CáTIONS E UTILIZAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO QUE COMPREENDE UM COMPOSTO DE VITAMINA B~ 3~<MV>". Expõe-se uma composição cosmética de deixar ficar adequada para aplicação tópica à pele que compreende: a) entre cerca de 1% até cerca de 20% de um composto de Vitamina B~ 3~, ou as suas misturas e b) um polímero que contém cátions selecionado a partir polímeros anfolíticos, anfóteros, básicos, zuiteriónicos e catiónicos ou as suas misturas, em que os polímeros catiónicos são selecionados a partir de polissacáridas catiónicos ou os seus derivados, homo ou copolímeros catiónicos de cloreto de dimetildialilamónio, copolímeros catiónicos que compreendem vinilpirrolidona; copolímeros catiónicos que compreendem ácido acrílico ou os seus derivados, N,N,N-trimetil-2-[(2-metil-1-oxo-2-propenil)oxi]-cloreto, Polyquaternium-2, chitosan quaternizado, ou as suas misturas; em que a referida composição é dotada de uma relação em peso de polímero que contém cátions para composto de Vitamina B~ 3~ de 1:7 a 1:100. A cosmetic composition of leaving suitable for topical application to the skin is exposed which comprises: a) between about 1% to about 20% of a Vitamin B ~ 3 ~ compound, or mixtures thereof, and b) a polymer containing cations selected from ampholytic, amphoteric, basic, zuiterionic and cationic polymers or mixtures thereof, wherein the cationic polymers are selected from cationic polysaccharides or their derivatives, homo or cationic dimethyldylammonium chloride copolymers, which comprise copolymeric copolymers. ; cationic copolymers comprising acrylic acid or its derivatives, N, N, N-trimethyl-2 - [(2-methyl-1-oxo-2-propenyl) oxy] -chloride, Polyquaternium-2, quaternized chitosan, or their mixtures; wherein said composition is provided with a weight ratio of polymer containing cations to Vitamin B ~ 3 ~ compound from 1: 7 to 1: 100. The compositions according to the invention exhibit reduced skin irritation, adherence and whitening effects.
