Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MéTODO DE CRIAçãO E PRESERVAçãO DA IDENTIDADE DE SEMENTES E GRãOS NãO MODIFICADOS GENETICAMENTE". Método de criação e preservação da identidade de sementes, grãos e produtos alimentícios processados não GMO, por seleção de sementes que se sabe conterem variedades não GMO, plantio da cultura não GMO, inspeção da operação e do maquinário do agricultor para se certificar de que a operação estará isenta de contaminantes antes da colheita, colheita da cultura, inspeção das instalações de processamento para se certificar de que a operação estará isenta de contaminantes antes da colheita, acompanhamento de todos os contêineres contendo culturas não GMO toda vez que a cultura for deslocada, e processamento das culturas não GMO introduzindo-as em contêineres para embarque onde os contêineres possuem informações de acompanhamento.
