Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "SUSPENSãO DE EIXO PARA EIXOS RìGIDOS DE VEìCULOS". é apresentada uma suspensão de eixo para eixos rígidos de veículos, especialmente veículos utilitários com suspensão a ar, onde acima do eixo do veículo 3 é disposto um guiador girável de quatro pontos 4, que por um lado é conectado de modo articulado com o eixo do veículo 3, e por outro lado com a estrutura do veículo 1a, 1b, guiador este que através de respectivamente duas articulações 5, 6, 7, 8 se encontram de modo distanciado em sentido transversal do veículo é conectado com o eixo do veículo 3 e com a estrutura do veículo 1a, 1b, onde em cada lado do veículo, para guiar o eixo, é disposta pelo menos uma escora de eixo 11, 12 que se estende em sentido longitudinal do veículo que une o eixo do veículo 3 e a estrutura do veículo 1a, 1b de modo verticalmente móvel, e onde para a suspensão elástica entre o eixo do veículo 3 e a estrutura do veículo 1a, 1b é disposta pelo menos uma unidade construtiva de molas 19, 20, sendo que as escovas de eixo 11, 12 são unidas com o eixo do veículo 3 respectivamente por meio de uma articulação molecular 15, 16. Do apoio articulado do eixo do veículo resulta uma elasticidade claramente melhor para o sistema inteiro da suspensão do eixo e uma conjugação das relações cinemáticas claramente definidas em todas as condições de movimentação, de modo que uma resiliência do eixo e o comportamento de pêndulo não é influenciado negativamente por uma forçagem de eixo do veículo.
