Abstract

Válvula de injeção de combustível para motores de combustão interna e um processo para a produção da mesma, com um corpo de base de válvula (2), no qual é disposto um membro de válvula (12), em forma de pistão, móvel axialmente contra a força de ao menos uma mola de fechamento (27, 28), o qual, na extremidade, do lado da câmara de combustão, controla a abertura de ao menos um canal de injeção (19), e, por meio da pressão de combustão sobre um ressalto de pressão (10) configurado no membro de válvula (12), quando do atingimento de uma pressão de abertura, pode ser movimentado na direção axial. Ao menos uma mola de fechamento (27, 28) é disposta sob tensão prévia em um compartimento de mola (30) configurado no corpo de retenção de válvula(1), sendo que ao menos uma mola de fechamento (27, 29), afastado da câmara de combustão, se apóia em um pino de ajuste (31 32).
